Cancellation & Rescheduling

Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Deposits may be transferred one time when 48+ hours’ notice is provided.
Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made less than 48 hours before service.
Recurring clients may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price for late cancellations.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Delays in access may affect service completion.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required for first-time, one-time, deep cleaning, move-in, move-out, turnover and listing preparation cleanings.
Remaining balances are due upon completion of service.
Recurring clients must maintain a valid card on file.
Cards on file are automatically charged upon completion of service.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be vigorously disputed. By booking services, paying a deposit, accepting a quote, or maintaining a card on file, you agree that all approved deposits, completed services, late cancellation fees, and authorized charges are valid.

Clients must notify Welcome Home Cleaning 815 LLC of any concerns within 24 hours and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue before filing a chargeback. Failure to do so may result in the submission of signed agreements, invoices, photographs, communications, service records, and other supporting documentation to your financial institution.

Welcome Home Cleaning 815 LLC reserves the right to pursue collection efforts and any other remedies permitted by law for unpaid balances resulting from invalid chargebacks.

Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at booking. If excessive buildup, pet hair, trash, odors, or other conditions requiring additional labor are discovered, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work continues.

Recurring Services

An Initial Deep Cleaning is not required for every recurring client. If your home is well maintained or has only light buildup, we may be able to begin directly with recurring maintenance cleaning.

During the walkthrough, we’ll assess the home’s current condition and determine whether an Initial Deep Cleaning is recommended before beginning recurring service.

If the home has significant buildup, grime, or areas requiring a deeper level of cleaning, an Initial Deep Cleaning may be required to bring the home up to our cleaning standards.

If an Initial Deep Cleaning is recommended and the client chooses not to have it completed, Welcome Home Cleaning 815 LLC reserves the right to decline recurring maintenance services.

If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address any concerns. No refunds.

Safety & Liability

For safety reasons, our team does not move extremely heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials, biohazards, mold remediation, or pest infestations.

Photo Documentation

Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation, quality control, and protection against claims. Photos will never be used publicly without your permission.
