An in-person walkthrough is required before we provide your final quote. This allows us to see the space, discuss your cleaning needs, assess the condition of the home, and confirm the scope of work so we can provide accurate pricing.

Photos are optional, but they can be helpful if you’d like to give us a better idea of the home before your walkthrough.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

The deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date, subject to

availability.

Less Than 48 Hours Notice

The booking deposit will be forfeited.
For recurring residential cleaning clients, appointments canceled with less than 48 hours

notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time may be

treated as a cancellation and subject to the same fees.
